1. NOMINATION FORM

2. NOMINATION FEES
The following non-refundable fees apply:
- ₦50,000.00 – Fifty Thousand Naira Only: Office of National President
- ₦30,000.00 – Thirty Thousand Naira Only: Office of Deputy National President and Office of National Secretary
- ₦15,000.00 – Fifteen Thousand Naira Only: All Other National Offices
3. NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
- The Nomination Form must be attested to by the Branch President and the candidate must be nominated by at least two (2) members from different branches.
